How Document Confirmation Works

A clear, four-step flow so you know exactly which documents you'll receive before you commit.

    You send the product, destination port and any documents your market requires.

  2. Documents reviewed by product type

    We identify the relevant document set — food, chemical or packaging — for your product.

  3. Supplier confirms availability

    The supplier confirms which certificates and specifications can be issued for your order.

  4. Final documents listed

    The agreed document set is confirmed in writing before invoice and order confirmation.

Buyer responsibility & destination requirements

Buyers are responsible for confirming import requirements with their local customs broker, clearing agent or competent authority before placing an order. Luminex BV helps confirm the available supplier documents before shipment via our supplier verification process, but destination-market approval depends on the importing country’s rules.
