• Enquiry data you provide via the quote/contact form: name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and the details of your enquiry.
• Technical data: server logs containing IP address, browser type and timestamps, processed for security and to operate the site.
• Analytics data: aggregated usage statistics — only if you consent to analytics cookies.

3. Why we use it and the legal basis

• To respond to your enquiry and take pre-contractual steps at your request — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• For legitimate business interests such as B2B communication and protecting the site — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• For analytics cookies — only on the basis of your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors that help us operate the business, under appropriate data-processing terms:

• Our hosting provider, which stores the site and server logs.
• Our email / CRM provider, used to receive and respond to your enquiry.
• Our analytics provider, only where you have consented to analytics cookies.
• Product imagery on this site is delivered by Unsplash; when an image loads, your IP address is sent to Unsplash to serve it.

5. International transfers

Where a processor is located outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and to maintain our business relationship, and thereafter only as required by applicable law. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security. Analytics data is retained per the analytics provider's configured retention period.
