  • Packing, shelf life and storage conditions
  • Consistency of supply and quality across shipments
  • Compliance documents per product (e.g. SDS for chemicals)

Our Supplier Verification Process

A clear, five-step sequence before we prepare any offer.

  1. Identity & trading status reviewed

    We confirm the supplier is established, traceable and in good standing.

  2. Product range & export ability checked

    We check the product range and that the supplier can export to your market.

  3. Specifications, COA & documents requested

    We request specification, a recent COA and the available export documents.

  4. Packing, shelf life & loading confirmed

    We confirm packing, shelf life, storage and the loading point for shipment.

  5. Offer prepared after availability check

    An FOB / CIF offer is prepared only once product and document availability are confirmed.

What does 'verified supplier network' mean?
It means we work with established, traceable European suppliers whose product specification, documentation and supply consistency we check before exporting on your behalf.
How do you select suppliers?
We work with established European suppliers and assess product range, export ability, specification and documentation, supply consistency and lead time before sourcing on a buyer's behalf.
Do you visit every supplier?
We do not claim to physically audit every supplier. We verify suppliers through trading status, documentation, specifications, a recent COA and supply consistency, and confirm availability per order.
How do you confirm product specifications?
We request the product specification and a recent Certificate of Analysis (COA), and confirm packing, shelf life and storage. Final specifications are confirmed per supplier and order.
Can buyers request samples?
Yes, where the supplier and product allow it. Samples and sample costs depend on the product, the supplier and the order size, and are confirmed at enquiry stage.
Can you verify certificates before payment?
Yes. We confirm, in writing, which documents and certificates the supplier can issue for your product and destination before you commit to an order or invoice.
Can you guarantee supplier documents?
No. Available documents and certificates depend on the product, the supplier and your destination market. We confirm what is available before you commit — we do not guarantee documents that the supplier or destination does not support.
What should buyers confirm with their local authorities?
Buyers should confirm import requirements, product registration and any destination-specific certificates with their customs broker, clearing agent or competent authority, as approval depends on the importing country's rules.
Are you a manufacturer?
No. Luminex BV is an export partner. We export EU-origin products from verified suppliers and arrange export — we do not claim manufacturer status.
