We supply the principal raw materials used to formulate powder detergents, liquid detergents, dishwashing liquids and industrial cleaners. The core categories are anionic surfactants, builders and fillers — each playing a distinct role in the formulation. Surfactants provide the surface-active cleaning and foaming function; builders soften water, enhance surfactant performance and control pH; fillers add bulk and improve flow in powder products.

LABSA (linear alkylbenzene sulphonic acid) is the most widely used anionic surfactant in detergent manufacturing, typically traded at around 96% active content. It is the acid form of LAS (linear alkylbenzene sulphonate) and is neutralised in the detergent plant using caustic soda or soda ash to form the final active surfactant. LABSA is valued for strong detergency, compatibility with builders and low cost per active unit. It ships in 215 kg drums or 1000 kg IBC containers. LABSA is classified as a corrosive material — SDS and dangerous-goods documentation are confirmed per destination before shipment.

SLES (sodium lauryl ether sulphate, also called sodium laureth sulphate) is the standard foaming and cleaning surfactant in liquid detergents, dishwashing liquids, shampoos and personal care products. It is typically traded as a ~70% active paste, which is economical to ship and diluted in the manufacturing plant. SLES produces stable, dense foam and is mild enough for personal care formulations. It ships in 170–220 kg drums or 1000 kg IBC, and like LABSA requires SDS and dangerous-goods confirmation for transport.

STPP (sodium tripolyphosphate) is a high-performance builder and water softener, sequestering calcium and magnesium ions that reduce surfactant efficiency. It also acts as a dispersant and anti-redeposition agent in powder detergents, improving wash results at lower dosages. STPP is the builder of choice in markets where phosphate builders are permitted. It ships in 25 kg bags. A food-grade variant exists but the standard detergent grade is the typical trade form.

Soda ash (sodium carbonate, Na₂CO₃) is a versatile builder, pH regulator and neutralising agent — one of the most widely traded inorganic chemicals. In detergents it softens water, neutralises acids in the formulation and contributes to alkalinity, which improves soil removal. Light and dense grades are available: dense soda ash flows better in automated powder-detergent production lines. Soda ash ships in 25 kg bags or big bags. Sodium sulphate (Na₂SO₄, anhydrous detergent grade) is the standard filler and processing aid in powder detergents, providing bulk, structure and free-flow. It also contributes to spray-drying efficiency in tower-process plants.

Detergent raw materials are exported FOB Rotterdam / Antwerp, with CIF quotations to Abidjan, Dakar, Colombo and other destination ports on request. Dangerous-goods materials (LABSA, SLES) require SDS confirmation and may require special stowage depending on the vessel and destination regulations. Mixed-container loading is available, allowing manufacturers to combine surfactants, builders and fillers — and plastic packaging — in a single container to cover a complete formulation in one shipment.
